Premium Robusta: 100% Robusta from Gia Lai. Natural process. Roasted for phin. A true classic for phin brewing!
Alambé Saigon: 85% Robusta from Cu M’gar, Dak Lak & 15% Arabica from Da Sar, Lam Dong. One of our best-selling traditional Vietnamese-style blends. Dark roast for phin, but can be used for French Press and machine drip.
Ao Ta Homage Phin: 50% Robusta from Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak & 50% Arabica from Cau Dat, Lam Dong. Smooth body and balanced blend that pairs well with milk and is still great without. Roasted for phin and espresso.
96B Embers: Award-winning Fine Robusta from Mori Farm, Bau Can, Chu Prong, Gia Lai. Notes of coconut cream, toasted coconut, brown butter, passion fruit, lasting caramel and green almond aftertaste. Omni-roasted for phin, drip and espresso.
Arabica Măng Đen: Arabica from Mang Den, Kon Tum. A bright cup with notes of caramel, vanilla, and chocolate. Roasted for drip.
96B Jack V2: A reimagined Liberica to the original JACK from 96B from Huong Phung, Huong hoa, Quang Tri. Ripe cherries were dry-fermented in airtight PE bags for 120 hours, then slow dried on raised beds for 30 days in the shade. Roasted for drip and cold brew.
96B Honeyed: One of the naturally sweetest coffee by 96B, grown in Huong hoa, Quang Tri.Anoxic fermentation with champagne yeast, then shade-dried. Roasted for drip and espresso.
96B No. 11: A 96B’s new signature blend of Catimor and Java from Lac Duong, Lam Dong and Khe Sanh, Quang Tri. Roasted for drip and cold brew.

Dragon’s tail: An exquisite white tea from 300-year-old Shan tea trees in Chiêu Lầu Thi, Hà Giang, Hoàng Su Phì. Sweet and floral.
Ban Lien Shan Black Tea: A slightly fermented, classic red tea from 100 to 200-year-old Shan tee trees in Ban Lien, Bac Ha, Lao Cai.
Jasmine scented Green Tea: Made of ancient Shan cultivar in Ban Lien, Bac Ha, Lao Cai. One of the most delightful, fragrant green teas to enjoy but requires a labor-intensive process of scent infusion.
Four Seasons Oolong: Originated from Taiwan's Camellia Sinensis variety, our Four Seasons oolong is grown and harvested in Bao Loc, Lam Dong. The brew carries gentle floral scent of magnolia, creating a calming sensation and a subtly astringent yet sweet and smooth flavor.
