In Vietnamese, we have a saying:

'Ta về ta tắm ao ta,
Dù trong dù đục ao nhà vẫn hơn'

(I'd rather bathe in our pond,

Whether it's clear or murky.)

Ao Ta means our pond, an image commonly used in Vietnamese poems and deeply connected to village life and local peoples. It exudes an air of pure tranquility and is embedded with cozy memories. Figuratively speaking, "ao ta" represents our land. Our historical and cultural values. Our home. And to me, there's no place better than home.

Ao Ta is Vietnam Ca-phe Project's first line of coffee with a simple mission: High-quality and tasty coffee with approachable flavors in an affordable price range.

This phin blend is an homage to my motherland; to the peaceful neighborhood where I grew up; and to my dad and our morning coffee sessions together!

Variety: 50% Robusta, 50% Arabica

Roasting level: Medium dark for phin

Smooth body and balanced. Perfect with milk and still great without.
