ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
We first introduced SMOKE, which was age-fermented in Dak Lak and roasted by 96B, in 2023. After nearly two years, SMOKE makes its comeback with an even more remarkable taste profile.
This beautiful “purple bud” robusta cultivar (found only in Lam Dong) was processed by Sucafina Vietnam. Using pichia yeast and lactobaccilus as fermants, the coffee is highly aromatic and clean, with layers of dried fruits, spices, and smoked cedar.
This lot won third prize in Robusta Category at 2025 Vietnam Amazing Cup. Graded by a panel of R-graders in accordance with CQI's standards and protocols with a score >80, this is Fine robusta.
This coffee is roasted for espresso, phin, and drip.
