INGREDIENTS
1-2 bananas (either fresh or frozen)
3/4 cup of plant-based milk (oat and soy if you like the creamy taste)
2-4oz of strong brewed coffee
1 cup of Greek or European style yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp of cacao powder
1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
For the coffee, check out our guides on how to brew coffee with a phin and a Moka pot. You can also substitute with an espresso shot or one cup of cold brew concentrate.
