Cascara tea is made from dried and fermented ripe-arabica coffee cherry from La Viet’s farm, Xuan Truong province, Da Lat City. The tea has a fruity and mildly sweet aftertaste. Cascara is uncaffeinated and rich in antioxidants with many digestive benefits, making it suitable for all ages.

INSTRUCTION

• Tea-to-water ratio 1:12

• Steep the tea in boiled water (212F or 100C degrees) in 8-10 minutes

• Serve hot as it is or combine with honey, lime (or lemon), and ice.
