Developed to meet the demand for high-quality coffee, TR thrives across diverse soils and climates while delivering a smooth, full-bodied profile that stays true to its robust roots.
This lot is naturally processed and fermented with rượu cần—a traditional wine yeast native to Vietnam’s Central Highlands. This unique method infuses the coffee with a wild, enchanting aroma reminiscent of forest herbs and the spirit of the Highlands.
Cherries are 100% handpicked at peak ripeness, washed, sun-dried, and then fermented for about a week before being carefully dried to optimal moisture. The result? A rich cup with vibrant notes of artichoke, honey, and cardamom.
Roasted for drip brewing. A true celebration of Vietnamese craftsmanship.
