96B has been championing Vietnamese Liberica and Excelsa coffee from Lam Dong since 2016—years before the variety gained global attention. What began as a deep obsession evolved into a full-scale Liberica project in 2022, expanding their capacity to explore rare, expressive lots.

Vietnam Ca-phe Project is proud to present 96B’s exclusive Liberica from Quang Tri. The seventh release, MOSTO, is among their most labor-intensive and experimental coffees to date. Fully ripe purple Liberica cherries are meticulously cleaned, then fermented for five days in a house-made purple mosto extract. The coffee is slow-dried in the shade for 25 days, preserving its vibrant aromatics and layered complexity.
