ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

96B’s INDIGO is a standout representation of Vietnam’s evolving Arabica landscape. Following their 2023 debut of TN varieties from Điện Biên, this release features TN hybrids grown in the cool highlands of Da Lat, Lam Dong

TN refers to mixed hybrid lots, primarily TN1 and TN2—Vietnamese-bred cultivars combining Ethiopian Arabica and Portuguese Catimor genetics. Developed in the early 1990s, these hybrids reflect Vietnam’s ongoing commitment to cultivating high-quality, resilient Arabica.

INDIGO undergoes fermentation with Pichia yeast, followed by a fully washed process, resulting in a clean, expressive profile. Though roasted for drip, it’s impressively versatile—capable of yielding a bright, flavorful espresso shot.
