96B GOLD - Award-winning Liberica [Limited Stock]

$31.00
Only 3 available

96B has been working with Vietnamese Liberica coffee since 2016, long before the variety captured global attention. What began in Lam Dong grew into a focused Liberica project in Quang Tri in 2022, driven by a commitment to scale, experimentation, and quality.

The 2025 new crop and the roastery’s fifth release, GOLD, is a standout competition coffee. It was selected for Christos Sotiros’ winning routine at the 2024 Swiss Barista Championship, contributing to his Champion title. Processed using a lactic fermentation honey method, GOLD delivers structure, sweetness, and depth—making it an exceptional espresso base for piccolos and cortados.

In the cup, expect layered notes of orange peel, gingerbread, clove, cacao nibs, and black tea, supported by umami richness and a creamy, lingering mouthfeel.
