96B BLOOM - Floral Vietnamese Java

If you enjoy delicate, aromatic coffees with lively acidity, BLOOM is one to explore. Following last year’s Bluets release, 96B returns to Vương Farm with another expression of its distinctive “longberry” coffee, this time using the honey process.

Locally known as “longberry” for the elongated shape of its seeds, this coffee is believed to be the Java variety. According to 96B, its lineage traces from Indonesia through Laos before eventually finding its home in Vietnam’s Central Highlands.

Honey processing complements the coffee’s naturally elegant character, creating a cup filled with jasmine and Earl Grey, bright lemon acidity, and a clean, lingering floral finish. The profile is vibrant and refreshing rather than heavy, making BLOOM especially appealing to those who enjoy floral, tea-like coffees.

Grown at 1,400 masl at Vương Farm in Lac Duong, Lam Dong, BLOOM offers a distinctive taste of Vietnam’s evolving specialty Arabica scene.

Roasted with drip brewing in mind, it shines as a clean, expressive filter coffee that puts its citrus, tea, and floral qualities front and center.
