ABOUT THIS ITEM

COFFEA LIBERICA is a variety native to Western Africa. The co-founder of 96B Roastery Hana Choi discovered a swath of these exceptionally tall trees (up to 20 metres) on a scouting trip and was immediately hooked by the cherries’ distinctive sweet lemon note. This micro-lot is directly sourced from five households in Lam Ha.
